What is The Power Body Workout?

The Power Body Workout is a high-intensity program for your living room. At home or on the go, you’ll have everything you need to get a sweat on. Train hard in 20-minute high-intensity intervals. Be ready to train with a Marine. But have no fear, there are levels for everyone.

 

What level should I begin with?

If you don’t already workout regularly, we recommend starting with the Beginner series. You can work your way up by slowly training your body with each of the weekly programs. If you already workout regularly, dive right into the Power Body Workout series. New workouts will be available monthly.

 

What if I have a specific injury?

Always consult with your doctor prior to starting any fitness program and decide what makes the most sense for you.

 

How long is The Power Body Workout?

The Power Body Workout is a high-intensity 20-minute program that includes three areas of focus (lower body, upper body and full body), plus a challenge.

 

How often should I do The Power Body Workout?

We recommend doing one segment per day, for three days per week in the Beginner series and one segment per day, for four days in the Power Body Workout.

 

What if I miss a day during the weekly workouts?

If you miss a day, power on. But try and stick to the schedule if you want to see maximum results.

 

What kind of equipment do I need for The Power Body Workout?

The Beginner series requires:

  • a mat
  • a bench or chair
  • Jump Rope

 

The Power Body Workout includes:

  • a mat
  • a bench or chair
  • a light set of dumbbells (10-15 lbs for women/20-30 lbs for men)
  • a heavy set of dumbbells (15-25 lbs for women/30-45 lbs for men)

 

The Power TRX Workout includes:

  • TRX System
  • Jump Rope
  • a mat
  • a bench or chair
  • a light set of dumbbells (10-15 lbs for women/20-30 lbs for men)
  • a heavy set of dumbbells (15-25 lbs for women/30-45 lbs for men)

 

Will the workouts change in the future?

New workouts are added weekly and will be available in the dropdown menu for subscribers.

 

What can I do if I’m having issues logging in?

How can I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription at any time in the My Account section. Your cancellation will be effective as of the date you cancel and you will not be billed following your cancellation. No refunds will be issued retroactively.
